ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Naeem-ul-Haque took to Twitter and asked if homework for schoolchildren should be banned?
In his tweet, Haque said children would spend six to eight hours studying at school and then come home and spend one to two hours doing homework. “It leaves little time for other activities which are essential for healthy growth.”
The PTI leader stressed that education and training should go hand in hand.
Should homework for schoolchildren be banned? They spend 6-8 hours studying at school and then if they have to spend another 1-2 hours doing homework it leaves little time for other activities which are essential for healthy growth. Taleem and Tarbiyat should go hand in hand.
