SWAT: The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) is all set to flex political muscles in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s picturesque Swat valley today with party supreme leader and former premier Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz to address the public meeting.
All arrangements for the rally have been completed with around 25, 000 chairs set up at Kabal Ground.
Special security arrangements have been put in place with 1, 200 police officials deployed at the venue and the main roads leading to it.
Sharif and his daughter are expected to reach the venue by 2:00pm in the afternoon.
With the upcoming general elections around the corner, political parties have stepped up electioneering in a bid to woo as much public support as possible.
