PM Imran hopes to overcome economic, financial challenges in a few months

Prime Minister Imran Khan is positive that Pakistan will overcome economic, financial challenges in a few months.

According to sources, The prime minister in a meeting with senior vice-president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Babar Awan said that “We are making every possible effort to steer the country out of crisis. It is hoped that economic and financial challenges would be overcome in the next few days,”

“Safeguarding public interests is top priority of the government,” PM Imran said at the meeting. “It is the responsibility of the state to take care of underprivileged class of the society.”

Babar Awan said opposition parties were raising hue and cry only to avoid accountability.

“Opposition parties neither have street power, nor public support,” he said. “Corruption at lower level would end only if big shots were held accountable.”
