Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has unveiled the road map of his government to provide mass relief, particularly to the oppressed segment of society to cope with the crisis of coronavirus.
Addressing the nation on Monday, he stated that the country did not have enough resources to have multibillion-dollar development packages like developed nations.
Approximately, 1,750 patients have crossed the nationwide tally of COVID-19 with 566 cases in Sindh, 638 in Punjab, 152 in Balochistan, 222 in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 136 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 51 in Islamabad and six in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The virus has taken 25 lives in Pakistan so far, while 55 patients with COVID-19 have completely recovered.
“The greatest of our strength is faith and youth through which we can win war against this virus,” while stating that his government has created a Coronavirus Relief Tiger Force (CRF) comprising young people to assist civilian and military authorities in relief operations, the Premier said.
