With 2,594 cases in Punjab, 1,411 in Sindh, 744 in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 230 in Balochistan, 224 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 131 in Islamabad, and 40 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the national tally of COVID-19 patients soared past 5,374.
The virus took 93 lives while at least 1,100 patients suffering from coronavirus recovered. With the country under lockdown for the third consecutive week, the number of cases has continued to skyrocket.
