Balochistan, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) have reported three cases of polio, taking the tally for the ongoing year to 21.
As per an official of the National Institute of Health in Balochistan, a seven-month-old boy of Sibi tehsil and district had been infected with the poliovirus.
He said that the boy, who is from a poor family, has not received any dose of polio vaccine as his parents are not in favor of vaccination.
