Drone Sprays acquired for coronavirus: Fawad Chaudhry

Federal Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry stated Pakistan has acquired an anti-coronavirus spray facility via drones and developed its own COVID-19 test kits and ventilators.

“The National University of Science and Technology (Nust) has developed the samples of coronavirus testing kits, drone spray and ventilators,” He said on Sunday, during his visit to Nust’s Islamabad campus.

At the campus, he reviewed samples of coronavirus test sets, ventilators, sanitizers and drone spray.

Speaking at the event, Chaudhry said the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) had obtained 48 ventilator designs, two of which had been referred to Drug Regulation Authority of Pakistan (DRAP).
