Special Assistant to the Overseas Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari said the government has almost doubled flights and the capacity to carry back stranded Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia.
He said in a tweet that during the last week 1,780 Pakistani nationals had been airlifted already. The SAPM said some 3,750 Pakistanis would be repatriated from Saudi Arabia via 15 special flights till June 10.
